The D.I.Wifey

Role: Logo Design

The D.I.Wifey wanted to create a brand new logo for her DIY blog. She wanted a logo that was fun, bouncy and easily transferable onto stickers, embroidery, etc. The final logo is a mix of light pink and rust which embodies the girly yet gritty side to the DIY culture. The typography has curved edges which make the logo very friendly and has letters at various heights that suggest a fun/playful vibe. The dashed lines at the end show emphasis but are also sewing stitches or staple gun staples and are a perfect motif that can translate into a lot of areas of branding.
